Keep the bags in a freezer or a closed cool box out of the sun. The more ice you pack together, the slower it melts.
It's best if someone is there so the ice goes straight into a freezer or cool box. If not, add instructions in the notes.
Yes. Bars, cafés, restaurants and shops can set up a regular order. Mention it in the notes and we'll arrange it.

This website does not store your details. The order and driver forms only write a message for you. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

When you send an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery time, payment choice and any notes. When you apply to drive: your name, phone number, area, licence and vehicle details, availability and experience.
To deliver your ice, contact you about your order, and take payment. For driver applications, to review your application and contact you about it. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you.
Your message is sent through WhatsApp, which handles it under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data such as your IP address to keep the site running and secure.
Your browser keeps an unsent draft of the order form on your own device, so you don't lose it if you leave the page. It never reaches us. We don't use cookies, tracking or advertising tools.
Only as long as we need it to complete your order and meet our legal and tax obligations. Driver applications we don't take forward are deleted.
